Meghan is passionate about caring for others and helping optimize their therapeutic potential & reach personal wellness goals. She offers a variety of techniques including but not limited to; the use of Swedish massage, deep tissue techniques, joint mobilization’s, trigger point release & remedial exercise. Keeley Smith RMT became registered in 2013. She is focused on bettering the overall physical and mental health and wellness of her clients. She has done some extensive work with PTSD clients and has practiced with many other conditions treating pregnancy, muscle strains and sprains, pinched nerves, arthritis etc. In 2016 Keeley added advanced training for TMJ dysfunction to her list of therapies.
